Some outlets were blocked with small, removeable inserts that may present a choking hazard to toddlers. Plastic gloves are accessible on the diaper changing table. The sliding glass doors do not have art or vinyl stickers to prevent children from walking through them accidentally. Pizza cutters are accessible to children in a lower level drawer in the kitchen. A lighter was accessible to children in a lower level drawer in the kitchen. The provider has a secondary chest freezer in an accessible storage room. The dining area chandelier has exposed light bulbs which are not shatter-resistant type. Window blinds with draw cord and inner cord which may be pulled to create a loop are present in a small bedroom the provider would like to use for child care. Outlets exposed to children are not TR type, covered with a blank plate, or blocked by furniture. Outlet near bathroom sink is not TR and GFCI.
